This is a common problem on the VW Transporter T5 when using factory glass, the VW factory Caravelle glass is not designed to fit a panel van, so if you use this glass you’ll see the bodywork or edge trim.
Our glass overcomes this problem as it is specifically designed with a factory look larger ceramic band, it also has the advantage of being factory dyed, so unlike tint film, it’ll never get scuffed or scratched off.
